Haggai Speaks to the Modern Christian
Perhaps you remember memorizing them: …Hosea, Joel, Amos, Obadiah, Jonah, Micah, Nahum, Habakkuk, Zephaniah, Haggai, Zechariah, Malachi. They are often referred to as the “minor” prophets – but not because their content is minor. Rather, they are referred to as “minor” because of the length of the book.
Tucked away near the back of the Old Testament is the book of Haggai. It is only 2 chapters long. But in those two chapters Haggai, speaking for the Lord, has a big message that speaks to the Modern Christian. It is a message all about priorities.
